A little bit of History

The Old Rishworthian Club was established in 1926 by a handful of old pupils with the purpose of promoting goodwill and fellowship amongst Old Rishworthians and the stimulation of interest in Rishworth School.

Today the Club reflects the cosmopolitan nature of the School with well over 1000 members spread throughout the UK and overseas.  The Club organises regular reunions, ranging from dinners to golf events, and publishes its own Magazine.

The Club also runs its own Scholarship Fund, which provides financial assistance to parents who would otherwise be unable to send their children to Rishworth.  To date over 100 pupils have benefited from the scheme.
