Old Rishworthian Rugby Union Football Club (ORRUFC)
The U16`s have some very talented players, with 3 making the full Yorkshire team playing and beating all the counties in the North including their Lancastrian counterparts! One boy has been offered a playing contract with Leeds Tykes and another was selected for the North of England squad.
New Players needed - Seniors and Juniors
The success of the juniors has highlighted some of the weakness at senior level. To help the Club attain a higher standard of rugby we’d like to invite all recent school leavers to consider playing at Copley. If you already play elsewhere why not consider switching to a club you have some affinity towards. We need players who’ll have a pride and a passion about pulling on a ‘Rishies’ shirt.
We have fantastic facilities, a wonderful playing area and are renowned for being a very family friendly club. If you have young children why not come down and let them enjoy Tag or Junior Rugby on a Sunday morning?
